Another Apartment am Holstentor

Yesterday we signed the purchase contract for our second flat in the same building. The Apartment am Holstentor is booked so well that we decided to buy the top floor as well and convert it into a really smart holiday flat with a huge 18 sqm roof terrace and a great view. With electric roof domes and a large south-facing window front we are planning a bright, open flat of 65 sqm for up to four guests. Everything brand new – quite an undertaking, but it will certainly be worth it!

The existing floor plan is a little old-fashioned. The flat will be laid out completely differently, with only one bedroom but a generous, open living, dining and cooking area.

There is a lot of work ahead of us… but the wide view from the 18 sqm roof terrace being built here will make up for it!
